As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Service: Greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous, knowledgeable service, determine needs, suggest products, communicate product knowledge, and provide makeovers as needed.
- Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate issues to management, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in loss prevention programs. Be familiar with cashier functions if assigned.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
