Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as you assist customers with their various needs, from resolving parts or equipment issues to delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion. Taking ownership of the order management process will also be crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

  • Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery—entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
  • Assist with warehouse / inventory management as needed.
  • Work flexibility to include overtime / weekends, as required.

What You Will Bring

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Inside sales, retail, or related experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment emphasizing customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service even in challenging situations.

Where Is The Work

This position is designated as On-Site .

Compensation

Base Pay Range : $55,000 / yr and up, based on experience, plus a 15% monthly incentive. Total compensation includes a commission / incentive plan. Note : This base pay range is based on US national averages; actual pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
