Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $3,000 / month base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Our core platform provides custom websites and CRM solutions that simplify operations, drive leads, and create a modern customer experience. We support local businesses—like movers, contractors, and home service providers—with digital tools designed to help them scale quickly and effectively.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary. You’ll be responsible for selling our website and CRM packages to small businesses. This is an in-office role reporting to the Sales Manager, Hassan Javed. The ideal candidate will have experience in website sales, CRM or SaaS platforms, and a strong passion for helping local businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and engage small business leads.
  • Present and sell Moveplnr’s website and CRM offerings through in-person meetings and online demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build custom proposals for prospective clients.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and accurately track opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager with performance updates and deal progress.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital services, website design, or CRM / SaaS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of small business pain points and a desire to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Fluent in English with a professional demeanor and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with WordPress, web analytics, or SEO tools.
  • Background in selling to trades, movers, or home service businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Uncapped commission structure + performance bonuses
