Our client, an established media company with a diverse portfolio of services, is in search of an Office Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities for the Job :

  • Client services
  • Answering and fielding client requests and orders
  • General office administration (phones, email, mail, etc.)
  • Ensuring office functions are running efficiently
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Database management
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Attributes for Success :

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting at the college or university level
  • 2 – 4+ years’ experience in a similar multifaceted role
  • Small business bookkeeping or Office Manager experience is a considerable asset
  • Professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Motivated and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
