We are looking for a Pendo Content Specialist to manage and optimize our Pendo platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective in-app guidance. This role will focus on creating, maintaining, and analyzing in-app messaging, user onboarding flows, and product adoption strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in SaaS product analytics or customer experience platforms.

What You Will Do

1. Create and manage in-app guides, walkthroughs, tooltips, and announcements to enhance user engagement and product adoption.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with Pendo support when needed, and optimize platform usage.
3. Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop content that supports customer journeys.
4. A / B test in-app messaging to improve engagement and effectiveness.
5. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely updates and relevancy.
6. Track user behavior, engagement, and adoption metrics within Pendo, providing insights to stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of Pendo initiatives.
8. Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
9. Continuously optimize Pendo content and workflows to improve user experience.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

• Experience : 2+ years of experience in product analytics, customer experience, digital adoption, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with Pendo administration, tagging, segmentation, and guide creation. Basic HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical Abilities : Experience working with data, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration : Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS platforms and customer journey optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Knowledge of UX / UI best practices and digital adoption strategies.
