Looking for fully dedicated, skilled individuals who can work independently and collaboratively with team members on the following deliverables/outcomes:
- Documentation / artifacts: Gather information from various sources (from conversations to running software) and create documentation needed by our delivery team, customers, and risk partners. This includes technical documentation, Jira items (Features, Epics, Risks, Impediments, etc.), training materials, and user/technical guides.
- Executive and stakeholder communications: Develop templates and support the creation of regular communications such as executive memos and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
- Process and solution design/mapping: Map current processes, design improved future state processes, and document technical solutions, including architecture documents.
- Financial and data analysis: Conduct Excel-based analysis of financial and operational data to support decision-making and ad-hoc requests.
- Team support: Assist other team members, including Scrum Masters, RTEs, and SLTEs, with ad-hoc tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
- Backlog management: Begin working on pending backlog items; collaborate with Agile Coach on feature backlog creation.
- Epics and acceptance criteria: Define Epics and write acceptance criteria.
- Automation testing experience: Experience in functional automation testing projects.
- CI/CD pipeline improvements: Participate in planning, analyzing processes, identifying requirements, and driving improvements in the CI/CD pipeline within the DevOps team. Develop, document, and enforce security policies within the DevSecOps framework.
- Workflow evaluation: Assess existing CI/CD workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Previous experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines is required.
- Security integration: Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security practices in the CI/CD pipeline, and document functions using RACI matrices.
- Security assessments: Create templates for the observability team to conduct security assessments, including vulnerability scans and threat modeling, to identify and mitigate risks.
- Test strategy collaboration: Work with QA analysts to prepare and review test strategies, create use cases and test cases, and conduct SIT automated testing using ALM for functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Tools and platforms: Experience with Atlassian, GitHub Actions, security tooling, Azure, Google Cloud, and Sonatype suites.
- Code scanning software: Knowledge of Sonaqube and Veracode.
