Position: Order Picker at The Home Depot

Join The Home Depot and be part of a team that values authenticity and growth. As an Order Picker, you will support our online business expansion and strengthen customer relationships by efficiently preparing orders for pickup or delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking, organizing, staging, and verifying orders for delivery or pickup.
2. Labeling and placing orders into designated holding areas for transfer and loading.
3. Operating lift truck equipment to prepare customer orders (training provided).
4. Using computer terminals and mobile devices to identify products, check inventory, and manage orders.
5. Stocking merchandise and maintaining an organized sales floor.
6. Loading orders onto delivery trucks.

Qualifications:

1. Flexibility to work a schedule from Monday to Sunday, nights (10 PM - 6:30 AM).
2. Proficiency with computers and smartphone applications.
3. Experience with forklifts or lift trucks is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to lift up to fifty pounds repeatedly.
7. Attention to detail, independence, teamwork, and motivation to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $19.45 - $21.20 per hour.
