Reporting to the Manager, Immigration Services, the Immigration Assistant provides administrative support to the Immigration Consultant, facilitating processes for international trained physicians. Responsibilities include exercising judgment, initiative, accuracy, and organizational skills; acting as the primary contact for international candidates; compiling personal and immigration information; processing requests; gathering and organizing documents; handling correspondence; entering data in MAP; and providing administrative support as needed.

Hourly rate: $24.26 - $30.32
Annual salary: $47,305 - $59,131
