We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include role modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager. Success in this role depends on your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational excellence.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Assuming a leadership role to maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
• Facilitating achievement of business results through responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coaching team members and providing feedback as directed by Store Management to ensure success.
• Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager.
• Opening and closing the store proficiently.

Qualifications:

• An open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when engaging with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customer needs.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
