What you will do:

Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to create a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Assist in leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and actively ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Manage the guest experience to ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
3. Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and revenue growth.
4. Forecast and initiate projects to drive the business forward and reinforce Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

• Have experience in a similar environment.
• Can analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Have demonstrated leadership during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
