We currently have an Event Supervisor opportunity available for team members with evening and daytime availability, both mid-week and on weekends. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skills in the hospitality industry.

The Opportunity for Our Event Supervisors:
- Lead by example, demonstrating superior customer service skills and adaptability to ensure flawless event execution according to Carmen’s Group standards.
- Create memorable guest experiences through menu execution, food quality, and overall service.
- Act as an ambassador and host, liaising between guests, management, and team members.
- Get to know guests, answer questions, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.
- Learn details of menu offerings for various events.
- Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
- Assist with side work such as clearing glasses and dishware.
- Communicate any special meal requirements to the kitchen.
- Create and coordinate schedules and perform administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to guests’ extraordinary experiences, making a positive impact.
- Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Drive positive change within the organization.
Position Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented.
- Positive, outgoing, and a team player.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with guests.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to individual needs.
- Hospitality experience and/or Event Management courses or a diploma are assets.
- Banquet serving experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve Certification is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
