Job Summary

The Personal Support Worker (PSW) is a member of the inter-professional care team and is expected to maintain a collaborative and active working relationship with team members in the provision of patient care.

Duties

• Provide personal care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Support the nursing team in delivering quality care.
• Maintain patient records and report any changes in patient condition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
