Job description

Contract Type : Freelance / Ad Hoc (approximately 20 hours / week)

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $34-39 / hour T4 OR $40-47 / hour Inc

We’re seeking a Junior Production Designer for an agency client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production design and a creative eye. The role involves working on both print and digital assets for various clients, including in sectors like corporate, insurance, and banking.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in producing and adapting digital and print assets, including HTML banners, social media graphics, display ads, and presentation decks.
2. Prepare files for final delivery, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications.
3. Resize, reformat, and create different versions of existing creative assets for various platforms and media.
4. Design for both print and digital formats, such as billboards, brochures, banners, and digital ads.
5. Modify and enhance existing campaign materials for different media.
6. Rebuild and refine design files from Art Directors and other creative leads.
7. Create assets across digital platforms, including HTML5 banners (bonus if you have this skill).

Skills & Qualifications :

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
2. Experience with Figma and Adobe XD is a plus.
3. HTML5 experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Experience in both print and digital asset production.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle reactive work.
6. Must provide a portfolio demonstrating both production and creative design work.
