Job description

As an Associate Director within our Employee Experience line of business, you will work with top-tier clients to develop communication and engagement strategies. Your role involves selling, developing, and executing strategies, as well as managing the creation of communication deliverables. Client assignments will leverage your creativity, strategic thinking, project management skills, analytical abilities, and your capacity to produce compelling written content across various media formats.

The Role: Sales
  • Assist senior consultants in business development by designing and proposing customized communication solutions tailored to client needs.
Delivery
  • Design, present, and implement tailored communication and change management strategies for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and communicate insights related to change management risks and impacts.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging communications across print and digital media, focusing on innovative solutions and data integration.
  • Support new business development through drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets involving multiple teams.
  • Manage projects, budgets, and invoicing processes.
  • Set and manage client expectations, escalating issues to senior consultants as needed.
  • Collaborate with analysts and junior team members to review work and provide guidance.
  • Contribute to team development through on-the-job feedback and mentoring.
  • Help develop intellectual capital, including new tools and approaches.
Qualifications

The Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in communications, public relations, HR, financial services, consulting, or agency work. Consulting experience and HR-related roles are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as English, Journalism, Communications, HR, Business Administration, etc.
  • Knowledge of current trends in communication, change management, marketing, and technology, with the ability to apply this knowledge to client solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers to create visual communication platforms.
  • Strong professional presence with polished facilitation, written, web, and oral communication skills demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
  • Experience in facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams to build consensus and gather data.
  • Ability to diagnose issues, work collaboratively, and leverage resources across practices.
  • Data analysis skills to draw logical conclusions.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Organized, focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Commitment to quality and professional excellence.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and online communication platforms.
