Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Corporate Product Manager – Tractor Technology for Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. This position is responsible for implementing strategies to improve Brandt's position in the Tractor market segments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support the sales team on customer calls
  2. Work with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to develop and execute a successful Tractor equipment strategy
  3. Work with the agriculture sales team in building knowledge and understanding of the Tractor Market in each of its segments
  4. Develop a strong working relationship between the company and John Deere
  5. Play a key role on the management team of the Tractor Products Division
  6. Support the sales team in making direct calls on key accounts
  7. Generate sales, build relationships, understand customer needs, and identify market trends
  8. Provide demo support to the sales team
  9. Identify customer needs and industry trends
  10. Assist in customer training

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong selling, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain, or possession of a valid passport, and capacity to travel internationally
  • A recent driver’s abstract will be required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and interpret the needs of key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with proven workload management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' sales industry experience is considered an asset
