Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values by providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. The goal is to develop customers for life. To succeed, you should possess :

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
• Ability to develop customer relationships.
• Understanding of retail operations like store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Self-motivated with good judgment.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in for ideas, decisions, products, or services.
