Salary Range : $107,620 to $119,574

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Government Retained Assets across all SLSMC operational lands and locations, liaising with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies as needed.
  • Support corporate cost recovery efforts and prepare budgets for capital projects.
  • Handle land-related damage claims against the Corporation and Transport Canada.
  • Evaluate environmental surveys and legal documents related to land sales.
  • Communicate effectively in English and French, both verbal and written, especially with teams in Quebec and Ontario.
Your Profile
  • University Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in real property management.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and meet short deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technologies.
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
