Your role

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Government Retained Assets across all SLSMC operational lands and locations, liaising with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies.
• Support corporate cost recovery, asset management, and budget preparation for capital projects.
• Negotiate revenue development initiatives.
• Handle land-related damage claims against the Corporation and Transport Canada.
• Evaluate environmental surveys and legal documents related to land sales.
• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written) is an asset for communication with teams in Quebec and Ontario.

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real property management.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and meet short deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS.
• Knowledge of federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
• Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver’s license and insurable driving record.
