Overview

Our Commercial team in the Atlantic is hiring! We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team.

As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Team Lead of Client Solutions, you will work directly with our commercial clients to deliver the world-class customer service Gallagher is known for. This involves managing an existing portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, handling policy changes, working on diverse accounts, and collaborating with insurers.

Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) - We enjoy the benefits of remote work while also collaborating in the office.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, leading in business retention and building customer relationships
• Reviewing accounts at renewal, placing coverage, re-marketing when needed, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers
• Responding promptly to client inquiries and actions
• Recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, creating quality leads, and working with Account Executives
• Upgrading insurance market knowledge and staying updated on new products and policies

About You

• You are solution-oriented, offering resourceful and innovative solutions to clients
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop deep client relationships and collaborate effectively
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize effectively
• You pay keen attention to detail, which has contributed to your past success
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages

Education And Experience

• Highly tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and tools
• 3+ years of insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage environment
• CAIB or relevant insurance certifications are highly valued
• Active and in good standing Insurance Broker’s License
• Knowledge of EPIC is an asset
