This is a remote role 4 days per week and in-office one day per week in the Toronto office located at Yonge & Eglinton.

About the Role :

We’re seeking an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’re a self-starter who knows how to hustle, build relationships, and drive results. You love tracking down leads, making pitches, and seeing campaigns through from kickoff to client success. This high-impact B2B sales role focuses on expanding our footprint with CPG brands across food, beverage, tech, health, beauty, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new business and grow existing accounts with consumer-facing brands.
  2. Prospect creatively and persistently—identify leads, pitch them, and bring them in.
  3. Be the face of Product of the Year to clients—nurture long-term relationships.
  4. Serve as the post-sale point of contact, working closely with internal teams to execute campaigns.
  5. Forecast and report on sales pipeline with accuracy and confidence.
  6. Lead client calls, presentations, and trade show conversations with professionalism.
  7. Attend industry events to prospect, network, and promote our brand.
  8. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and digital teams to deliver client results.
  9. Meet and exceed annual revenue goals while maintaining low churn and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years in sales, ideally B2B or CPG-focused (cold calling excites you).
  2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Deep curiosity and passion for food, tech, health, and beauty trends.
  4. Self-motivated with a strong drive—you create opportunities.
  5. Assertive, resourceful, independent, yet a team player.
  6. Experience building pipelines, prospecting, and managing multiple deals.
  7. Background in marketing, PR, digital media, or content creation is a plus.
  8. Proficiency with Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
  9. Confidence in live and virtual presentations.
  10. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to build trust quickly.
  11. Experience with CRM platforms (Launchpad experience is a plus).
  12. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across Canada 2-3 times per year.
