The Rental Sales Representative will focus on business development by marketing our rental product lines and expanding our existing customer base through direct sales. Responsibilities also include account management, focusing on fleet planning and profitability.

Major Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Contact customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
• Provide quotes, estimates, and bids tailored to customer requirements.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide support.
• Identify prospective customers through various sources and activities.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitors.
• Deliver sales presentations to persuade potential customers.
• Solicit sales via telephone and written communication.
• Maintain contact and record-keeping of customer interactions and orders.
• Support rental and location customers as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience; transportation sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and flexible attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to regular attendance and completing employment verification processes.

Physical Requirements:

Must meet physical and mental demands, including reading, communication, and manual tasks. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg occasionally. Visual and sensory abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
