An Identity and Access Management Operations Analyst, reports to the IAM Manager and executes the processes and duties necessary to maintain the successful operation of the IAM team’s portfolio of services. The role of an IAM Operations Analyst is to work with various departments within an organization to help drive access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. The IAM analyst role typically provides IAM expertise and guidance to various business units and executes processes to maintain the normal functioning of the IAM program.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $53,560.00 to $80,340.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
