As part of our Shared Services group, which includes Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Facilities, we support our business in achieving its goals through strong technical capabilities. We deliver services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Hatch is seeking a Client Action Team Student for an internship starting Fall 2025. Reporting to the Client Action Team, you will support offices globally from our Mississauga office.

The Client Action Team assists Hatch's pursuit and proposal teams with training, coaching, and systems support. We are looking for a co-op student to support the team in Sales Support, Pursuit Governance, Proposal Support, and CRM system management. You will partner with senior team members to support and consult with the business, helping increase their success in winning the right work and supporting the company's strategic growth.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Support communications regarding Client Action Team initiatives.
  • Develop sheets for Hatch Solutions used in proposal development.
  • Manage and maintain intranet/SharePoint pages for the team.
  • Provide business intelligence data to Pursuit Teams.
  • Vet and forward internal support requests.
  • Assist in developing internal presentations.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and reporting capabilities.

You bring:

  • Enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student in Business, Social Science, Arts, or a related field.
  • Adaptability, innovation, and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SharePoint and CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar tools is an asset.
