Job description

Okanagan Clinical Trials is a Headlands Research site led by Dr. Kim Christie, contributing significantly to medical research. Our clinic specializes in studies related to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, migraine, autism, celiac disease, diabetes, and more.

This is a full-time position based in Kelowna, BC.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Research Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting memory assessments, data entry, scheduling, maintaining files, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role may also involve collecting vital signs and performing ECGs.

• Data Entry
• Patient Recruitment
• Scanning
• Faxing
• Reminder Calls
• Understanding protocol requirements
• Timely, accurate electronic data entry following eCRF guidelines
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness
• Responding to system queries
• Communicating with study coordinators
• Conducting memory assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training (asset)

Job Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Salary: $52,000 - $56,000
