Position: Sourcing Manager, Corporate Spend NA

The Sourcing Manager collaborates with stakeholder groups across North America to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies, events, and contracts. This role provides procurement leadership, supports supplier negotiations, and manages contracts for corporate spend areas. Additionally, you will lead cost-saving initiatives, aiming for significant annual cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sourcing strategies for key categories by working closely with corporate stakeholders and analyzing their needs.
• Conduct transparent tenders, develop sourcing options, and prepare business proposals.
• Formulate negotiation strategies and align internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments.
• Provide leadership and expertise in assigned categories.
• Coordinate with other departments to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to leverage synergies and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance through KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
• Analyze data related to supplier performance, compliance, and savings; prepare reports and presentations.
• Achieve annual cost reduction targets within assigned categories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, conduct studies, and develop recommendations.
• Effective team player with stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Oracle ERP.
