We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated performance marketer who strives for excellence in every campaign. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering breakthrough ideas that meet business objectives, supported by analytical insights and strategic thinking. You should be able to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Role: Manager, Marketing Base

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage communications with our Business customers, leading strategy and execution for engagement, marketing, and lifecycle communications for our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand the needs of business customers and how our products and services meet those needs.
  2. Proactively plan and manage customer lifecycle communication programs.
  3. Establish campaign targets and KPIs, and develop reports to improve performance.
  4. Collaborate with data and sales teams to enhance campaign efficiency and data quality.
  5. Work with creative and customer base agencies to deliver effective communications.
  6. Design and execute marketing, engagement, and lifecycle campaigns.
  7. Prioritize and manage requests for customer communications.
  8. Analyze customer data to identify revenue and engagement opportunities.
  9. Coordinate with Sales to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  10. Manage customer lists, including segmentation and version control.
  11. Write clear, customer-focused communications.
  12. Ensure timely creation and submission of assets.
  13. Work closely with Data & Analytics to measure and report campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in customer communications within B2B marketing, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
  2. Experience in strategic planning for lifecycle programs.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  4. Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  5. Analytical skills to interpret data and measure success.
  6. Creative and engaging content development skills.
  7. Customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills.
  8. Excellent project management and attention to detail.
  9. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  11. University or College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business is preferred.
