As a Sales Assistant at COBS Bread, you will:

1. Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience and building relationships with loyal customers.
2. Be responsible for merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns.
3. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and support production, including learning how to bake items like scones and Danishes.

Requirements

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• A pride in providing a great and personable customer experience.
• Experience handling cash, credit, and debit transactions is preferred.
• Relevant retail experience is a strong asset.
• A positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Approachability and enjoyment of working with people.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously during shifts.
• Use of hands and forceful gripping.
• Operating the POS system.
• Lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching, bending, and turning.
• Occasional lifting up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level.
