Position Overview
As a Client Care Representative within the Future Friendly Home (FFH) team, you will be the voice of TELUS' residential and home-based business customers. Working in an established world-class contact center that offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services, you will provide world-class customer care in a call center environment. You will interpret client requirements and recommend / sell solutions that meet those needs, ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication with the internal team or appropriately transferring to the responsible department when required.
Details
The call center operates 6 days a week with shifts scheduled on a rotation, posted 5 weeks in advance. Current hours of operation are 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 15 PM, Monday to Saturday. This is a regular part-time position with potential full-time hours; full-time availability is required, so it is not suitable for students.
Note : You must be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to be considered for this position.
