Position Overview
As a Client Care Representative within the Future Friendly Home (FFH) team, you will be the voice of TELUS' residential and home-based business customers. Working in an established world-class contact center that offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services, you will provide world-class customer care in a call center environment to our clients. You will interpret client requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs, ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication with the internal team and appropriate transfer to responsible departments when needed.
The Client Care call center operates 6 days a week. Shifts are scheduled on a rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Currently, hours of operation are:
9:00 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday to Saturday
Please note: This is a regular part-time position with potential full-time scheduling. Full-time availability is required; thus, this position is not suitable for students.
Note: You will only be considered if you are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Next class scheduled for June 2025.
