Job Description: Graphic and Multimedia Designer
- Produce still images and motion graphics for websites, social media, presentations, tradeshows, proposals, training simulations, and other media.
- Interpret creative briefs and design brand-compliant concepts.
- Create compelling document layouts and brochures.
- Design photo-realistic graphics to simulate real-time equipment in system environments for training applications.
- Log and maintain work progress status.
- Perform peer reviews of completed drawings for clarity, quality, and completeness according to specifications. Identify errors, omissions, and deficiencies, and recommend revisions or improvements.
- Complete training and develop proficiency in a variety of design and productivity software tools.
Qualifications
- College diploma in graphic, interactive, or multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Zoom.
- Strong organizational skills (time management, file layering, versioning, naming).
- Enthusiasm for solving complex design challenges.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, both virtually and in-person.
- Strong professional communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 3DS Max or other 3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with CorelDraw!, Adobe Substance, AEM, Ceros, Articulate Storyline, Unily, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.
