Industrial equipment repair and service company is seeking an individual to join our team as an Account Manager for K+S Services at Collins Aerospace Oakville, Ontario. This onsite individual will have hands-on responsibility to act as the primary liaison between our company and the customer on all day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive, can-do attitude, good social skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do :

  • Maintain and build relationships with customers to provide quality customer service.
  • Ship, receive and expedite all orders as needed.
  • Manage internal (STAMP) database, ensuring data input accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee and inventory repairable assets.
  • Review and identify potential repairs and service opportunities.
  • Actively participate in plant-sponsored initiatives, meetings, and activities.
  • Work with customers to improve their reliability and introduce cost savings initiatives.
  • Create process improvements based on data and logic.

What We Need From You :

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and the skills to grasp customer software quickly.
  • 5 plus years in Manufacturing and / or maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Understand technical drawing.
  • Mechanical background.
  • Canadian Citizenship is required.
