Overview
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the administration and leasing of a Centurion Property Associates Inc. managed student housing community, specifically The MARQ.
The Customer Service Representative assists current and prospective Residents, conducts unit viewings, and secures leases to maximize value for Centurion Property Associates Inc. The role involves developing positive relationships, handling inquiries professionally, conducting property viewings, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining administrative duties.
