Nipissing University’s Schulich School of Education is seeking qualified course instructors for the 2026 Winter semesters.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Education (BEd), Masters, or PhD in Education or a related field
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience, evidenced by a professional reference letter and supporting materials (e.g., teaching philosophy, evaluations, other achievements)
• Certification as a registered teacher with the appropriate licensing authority (e.g., Ontario College of Teachers)

Duties

• Responsible for instruction and evaluation for the assigned course portion
• Available to meet with students outside of scheduled class times
• Complete mandatory training and adhere to Nipissing University's policies and procedures

Courses Available

We are hiring for multiple courses in Winter 2026, starting January 5, 2026, and ending February 13, 2026. Instructional hours total 36 hours over six weeks. Courses include:
