Nipissing University’s School of Business is seeking qualified course instructors for the 2025 Fall and 2026 Winter semesters.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD in Business or related discipline is preferred
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Teaching experience (previous teaching with Nipissing considered an asset)

Additional Qualifications:

For Accounting and Finance:

  • Practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related areas is an asset.
  • Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) will be considered an asset.

For Organizational Behavior:

  • Practical experience in human resources management or related areas is an asset.
  • Certifications such as the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) will be considered an asset.

Duties:

  • Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
  • Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
  • Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures
