Job description

Our Company

Culligan offers a full line of water treatment products for every problem. We provide dependable service and technical expertise that has made Culligan the water solution choice for both residential and commercial locations.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
2. Set up deliveries and book service calls
3. Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installations as required
4. Print and distribute service work orders and route tickets; close work orders and bill out once completed
5. Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
6. Book walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team
7. Make accounts receivable collections and related calls; forward outstanding invoices as requested
8. Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine, balance cash, prepare bank deposits, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, Moneris payments, petty cash, etc.
9. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
10. Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers when required

Qualifications

1. Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people
2. Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Previous customer service experience
5. Intermediate computer knowledge
