Position Overview

To pursue project and client development in the Sept-Îles region, BBA aims to strengthen its local multidisciplinary team. Working closely with offices in Labrador City, Montréal, and Mont-Saint-Hilaire, this team develops projects in the mining, metals, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless).
• Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects.
• Establish project scopes and draft proposals.
• Serve as a technical reference and lead technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and promotional documents.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging your professional network for business development.
• Promote BBA services to potential clients.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, automated production engineering, telecommunications, or network administration.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and French.
