Position : Sales Representative - Vaughan Branch

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with customers, upsell, cross-sell, and close new clients
• Respond to customer requests for pricing and delivery by providing timely quotes
• Work with customers to clarify their needs and communicate technical information for product selection
• Ensure pricing accuracy on customer orders
• Generate shipping bills, proforma invoices, certificates of origin, etc., as required

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales and service, preferably in a technical field
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge or experience in industrial plastics is an asset
• Experience with SAP system is an asset
