About The Role

We are looking for a Data Integration & BI Analyst who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and process improvement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building robust data pipelines, connecting systems through APIs, and developing powerful, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI. Your efforts will support decision-making across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on HVAC and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration & API Development

  • Design, implement, and maintain API-based integrations between ERP (e.g., Epicor), CRM, and other business platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing data pipelines and integration logic.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize trends, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data insights.

Data Management & Querying

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Support data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

Automation & Scripting

  • Use Power Automate and PowerShell to automate routine data tasks and streamline business workflows.

Experience And Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or BI role with integration responsibilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and PowerShell for workflow automation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and understanding of manufacturing/Supply Chain processes.
  • Bonus: Exposure to HVAC industry terminology, production planning, or parts management.

Annual Salary

  • $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.

Location and Schedule:

  • On site 40 hours per week at our South Burnaby office and occasionally at our East Vancouver office
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (TBD)
