The Financial Services department provides full cycle service to support the Business sales representatives in order to successfully place Life and A&S business.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Partnering with Account Executives in supporting business development through the mining of current BOBs to identify conversion and re-write opportunities including review calls with clients
  • Facilitating weekly calls with new Financial Services Account Executives to provide training and support on insurance company products, and compliance on company and Carrier processes
  • Managing and responding to service requests by Account Executives and clients within timeframe and according to company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with Compliance team on changes to industry requirements from CLHIA, Insurance Councils and insurance companies
  • Participating in all annual / bi-annual client review calls
  • Initiating assignment and changes of all Financial Services Account Executives with contracts and transfers of business via Agents of Record
  • Aiding in BOB clean-up and supporting special projects

The value you bring

  • 2+ years of customer support and sales experience required
  • Life & A&S License Required
  • Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Hours : Full Time - 37.5 hours / week

Location : Remote - BC

Salary Range : $50,000 - 69,000
