ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both on the phone and in person to provide excellent service. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past-due accounts
• Handling cash transactions, including payments
