MacLean Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Collingwood, Ontario. About the Position:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using C#, MAUI, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaboration with team members and end users is essential to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of solutions. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining applications with C#, MAUI, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
2. Collaborating to enhance functionality and user experience.
3. Troubleshooting and debugging issues.
4. Optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
5. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
7. Contributing to other development tasks as needed.

About You:

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude. Qualifications include:

1. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or MAUI.
3. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript web development.
4. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular, including practical experience.
5. Backend experience with Node.js.
6. Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
7. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
8. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a strong asset.
9. Ability to produce efficient, clean, and well-documented code.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Demonstrated accountability, ethics, and integrity.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
