Fortra is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting marketing operations projects related to our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Marketing Automation tools, performing lead conversions, and data entry. The position supports the entire marketing organization and reports to the Marketing Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist with projects in our marketing automation system, including form and landing page creation and data cleanup.
  • Set up and schedule webinars, acting as a subject matter expert for the marketing team.
  • Perform data entry into our CRM through lead imports and manual creation as needed.
  • Monitor incoming leads and route them promptly to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure data standards in entry and collection.
  • Incorporate team and manager feedback to ensure project success.
  • Assist with data exports and reporting to provide visibility into marketing analytics and performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations team on system updates and migrations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: One year of relevant marketing experience.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Comfortable in creative and structured, process-driven environments.
  • Experience with Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
