We are seeking a full-time professional Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join Ing & McKee Crawford Agencies. Our core commitment is to provide excellent customer service and expert advice, fostering lasting relationships to retain existing clients and attract new ones.

What You’ll Do

• Service an existing book of business
• Write new business
• Utilize tech tools (e.g., EPIC, Applied Rating Services) to do your work, stay organized, and maintain good documentation
• Collaborate with a team of brokers

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of a Level 1 General Insurance License; Level 2 preferred
• Experience in personal lines insurance—writing new business and servicing existing clients
• Excellent communication skills, expert advice, customer service orientation, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
