Store - GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers experience a quick and friendly checkout. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
2. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash transactions according to standards
3. Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
7. Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance; manage merchandise return/go back process and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
9. Support shrink and safety programs
10. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure legal compliance; uphold company standards
11. Interact respectfully with others; remain positive even in difficult situations; promote organizational values; serve as a role model
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Move throughout the store
• Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
• If assistance is needed for these functions, contact your supervisor for accommodations
• Work environment includes climate-controlled public areas, some non-climate-controlled stock rooms, outdoor work for tasks like retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks, and a frame shop with glass cutters and heat presses. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
