Job description

Store - GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they need. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities:
  1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
  2. Provide efficient checkout experience; handle cash transactions according to standards.
  3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; assist with enrollments.
  4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  5. Support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  7. Ensure merchandise recovery, return processes, and store recovery for a well-stocked and attractive store.
  8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
  10. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance.
  11. Interact respectfully with others, maintain a positive attitude, and serve as a role model for team members.
  12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods.
  • Mobility throughout the store.
  • Physical activities such as bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders or equipment to access high shelves.
  • Work may include outdoor tasks and work during nights, weekends, and early mornings.
