What To Expect

As a member of the Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for all aspects of loss prevention related to store and corporate objectives. You will work collaboratively with both customers and staff to ensure objectives are communicated and achieved. You should have a proven track record of identifying operational deficiencies related to Asset Protection and implementing effective solutions.

What You Will Do

• Assist in coordinating the execution of asset protection initiatives according to company standards
• Use store communication systems effectively for asset protection initiatives
• Conduct store audits and support policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Detect and arrest shoplifters, completing all related documentation
• Implement Asset Protection procedures to reduce shortages
• Generate ideas and solutions to improve daily operations
• Approach issues proactively and identify opportunities from a unique perspective
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Valid region / market-specific security license (Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan licenses not required)
• Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal civil processes is an asset
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Availability for overnight alarm response and store attendance as needed

Pay : $21.00 - Starting wage may vary based on local Collective Bargaining Agreement where applicable.
