Project Managers at On Side manage and oversee all aspects of property restoration after a disaster. If you dislike being in one place all day, you'll enjoy visiting different job sites while benefiting from the stability of a local branch office.

Project Managers are responsible for:

• Collaborating with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Ensuring quality control across all job aspects.
• Taking ownership of the job, reflecting your professionalism and commitment.
• Providing superior customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
• Assessing damage and defining the scope of work required.
• Managing and directing restoration staff during:
• Disaster remediation efforts (e.g., water, fire & smoke, weather damage)
• Cleaning & packing
• Rebuilding
• Project completion

Qualifications you bring:

• At least 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience with Xactimate software.
• A passion for customer service with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends.
• Problem-solving and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A clean criminal record.

• Disasters can occur at any time, requiring rotating after-hours on-call work.
• Salary is based on project volume, gross margins, industry experience, and relationships. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
