Pod is the AI sales coach for B2B account executives. In recent years, sellers are increasingly overwhelmed with the tools and processes being introduced. Despite this, quota attainment remains at its lowest ever. Sellers often make avoidable mistakes and lose deals due to lack of guidance on how to push deals forward.

We harness the power of AI to make it accessible for sellers in their daily work, enabling better, faster, and smarter decisions.

Your Role

We're building our foundational team and seeking a senior full-stack engineer to leave a significant mark on Pod.

You will directly impact the business trajectory, playing a key role in product development to create the best AI workspace for salespeople.

As an early-stage company, you'll influence our culture, engineering philosophy, roadmap, and team dynamics.

Ideally, you're entrepreneurial at heart with extensive experience in building world-class SaaS products.

Some of the problems you’ll work on solving

• Build an AI-first product in the sales technology space.
• Create an agentic system for salespeople, integrating various data sources.
• Design and implement our data and training infrastructure.
• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI models and functionalities.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless AI integration.
• Explore new AI technologies and incorporate them into the product.
• Lead ideation, creation, and implementation of AI-related product features.

Is this you?

• 5+ years in data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Experience building applied AI solutions, including LLMs, NLP, and tabular data.
• Strong software engineering skills with the ability to deploy solutions into production.
• Experience designing, training, and deploying AI models.
• High standards for quality, attention to detail, and user experience obsession.
• Fast-paced, pragmatic, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solver, proactive, and action-oriented.
• Startup experience, comfortable building products early, and hands-on execution.
