TechnologyCustomer Connect is a large banking application that is heavily used by branches, customer contact centers, mortgage specialists, product operations, and miscellaneous users at BMO. It is complex and critical to our Lines of Business.
The Technical Platform Lead in Channels Technology is responsible for managing the Branch Channel Solutions's platform architecture and application design.
We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to support Customer Connect with major priorities which include, building a platform roadmap following the strategic architecture and design, providing technical direction to ensure optimal solutions being implemented through ongoing initiatives, and maintain alignment with the Lines of Business (LOBs) strategies.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
