Wabano provides a holistic model of care for Indigenous youth and seeks an experienced front-line youth worker who would like to move to the next step in their career by coordinating culture, case management and health promotion. The Role
The Culture as Care Coordinator / Youth Team Lead will guide the youth team in their roles of culture, case management, and health promotion and be responsible for program targets and deadlines while also assuming a hands-on role in supporting youth 16-24 to transition from care of CAS or formal customary care.
